Yeah, many people have the same problem. It`s some bug in firewall modul. There is no oficial patch, but ESET is going to fix it in new version 4.XX. There are many forums where you can find something about this bug... I found and translated this:

- Change your program to professional (extended) mode
- Click on Detail settings of Personal Firewall*
- In item Personal Firewall click click on IDS and more*
- Here cross off Detection DNS and ARP poisoning attacks and then TCP and TCP Desynchronization*

*I use other language modification, so names of components will be similar, but not the same
