Young and athletic Sydney Harris (Kathleen Benner) finds out that she has six months to live unless she and her husband (Jose Rosete) can come up with the money for her medical treatment. Sounds simple enough; Officer Brown, a big city cop comes to Adams, Massachusetts to get away from all the crime, but stumbles across a deadly secret. Adams is the sort of town that you can visit but never leave. Officer Brown soon discovers the horrible truth that is THE RISE OF THE SCARECROWS.
