High tech thieves led by Fait (DMX) steal priceless black diamonds. Their hopes for a quick buck are quickly squashed as Su (Jet Li) foils a clean getaway. Working for the Chinese Government, Su is tasked with retrieving the stolen black diamonds, keeping them out of the hands of the deadly Ling (Mark Dacascos). Ling kidnaps Fait's daughter in a bid to retrieve the mysterious, high powered diamonds. With the help of well connected jack of all trades, Archie (Tom Arnold), Fait, Su, Tommy (Anthony Anderson) and Daria (Gabrielle Union) wage all out war to rescue his daughter and to prevent the deadly weapons from falling into the hands of the world's foremost weapons dealers.
